I watched videos of ‘bike fitting’ on Thursday night, and took that knowledge to my Trek Verve 3 on Friday evening.
My seat height was fine, but I felt too much of a reach forward for the handle bars resulting in numb wrists, and I occassional got numb nuts (that’s not a good thing, or funny btw) from the seat orientation.
Checked the seat height – good
Checked seat fore/aft position – moved forward
Seat rotation – tilted forward to be more flat
Rotated handle bars back and up to a more upright seating position.
What a difference! Comfortable commute today!!!! Literally no issues!
Worth the time folks. If you’ve ever had discomfort while biking, sometimes doing a bike fitting is what you need!
